Follow-up Activity

Race Activity - Choose one of your textbooks that contain a glossary.  Pick five words from the glossary and write each word on an individual piece of paper.  All the students start with the textbook closed with both hands folded together.  Flash one of the words at the front of the class and see who will be the first student to find the word and read the definition.

Challenge Activity - Give the students 5 words at a time.  To win a student must first locate all 5 words and list the page number where each word is found.  Then the student must correctly use each word in a sentence.
