Follow-Up Activity

Take one of the forms your students will use and cut it up separating each entry on the form.  Have them put it back together in the right order.  This can be done with as many forms as you like.

Challenge Activity

Take 3 or 4 of the cut up forms and mix them together and then have the students put them back into the right order for each specific resource.
