Synopsis: The Sharp Wits have piles of books all over the clubhouse. It is driving them crazy because they can’t find a certain book. All of the Sharp Wits love to read, so why do they spend more time searching for their books instead of reading them? To find the answer they follow the trail left by Sherlock. He leads them to the library where they learn all about the Dewey Decimal System. The first thing they discover is that all of the books that provide facts and information are divided into the 10 main sections of the Dewey Decimal System. In other words, they are organized by their subjects. They also discover that each book has its own individual call number. Finally they find out that the fiction books are located in their own separate area of the library. |
